On Thursday, April 11, Ashley Escoe, an associate in our Atlanta office, interviewed Melissa Rogers, who previously served as Special Assistant to President Barack Obama and Executive Director of the White House Office of Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnership. The event, themed “Faith and 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue: Religion in the White House," was hosted by Wake Forest University's School of Divinity and School of Law. Rogers, shared insights from her experience during Obama's second term on the relationship between religious communities and government and appropriate Constitutional church-state boundaries. Nice work Ashley!
