On Saturday, March 2, 2019, Wargo French participated in the 2019 Cycle for Survival in Los Angeles to combat and cure rare forms of cancer. Joseph Wargo, partner in our Atlanta office, was quoted in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution on a recent court decision granting the NFL a temporary restraining order against unknown counterfeiters ahead of Super Bowl LIII. While granting such relief is not common, “This isn’t the NFL’s first rodeo,” Wargo said. “I’m fairly confident they were able to provide evidence of what happened in the past to show the likelihood that it would happen in the future.”
